Shanxi Zhongde Tianhe Pipe Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. was established in September 2016, located in Taigu County, Shanxi Province. It covers an area of 80,000 square meters and has a total construction area of 60,000 square meters, of which: Foundry workshop is 30,000 square meters, the processing workshop is 11,000 square meters, the warehouse is 10,000 square meters (automatic storage warehouse with 6,000 positions), R & D center is 5,200 square meters, and dormitory building is 4,800 square meters.

The registered capital of the company is 100 million yuan and the actual investment is 218 million yuan. The project funds are all raised by the company itself. The company adopts a partner system and has totally 12 shareholders. Among them, four shareholders have their own tube production companies, and the remaining eight shareholders are very successful distributors. These eight shareholders are located in nine provinces and cities across the country and have a mature sales network, which determines the company’s sales advantage. At this stage, there are 39 technicians, including: technical management department, general management department, product design department, and process research department. There are 5 master graduate students and 21 university undergraduates in the technical center.
